Blood Spray Repellent
Dried blood meal diluted into a spray signals "predator nearby" to deer and rabbits, sending them off to graze somewhere else.

Ingredients
1 gallon water
1/2 cup dried blood meal
1 teaspoon mild liquid dish soap
Strainer and spray bottle
Instructions

Stir the blood meal into the water until mostly dissolved, letting it sit for a few minutes.

Strain out any coarse particles that could clog a spray bottle.

Stir in the dish soap so the spray clings to foliage, then pour into a spray bottle.

Spray around the perimeter of the garden and on vulnerable plants, reapplying every 1 to 2 weeks or after rain.
Tip: Reapply after every rain and rotate with another repellent occasionally — animals can get used to a single scent over time.
